The Month of Blessings “Ramadan”
Month of Blessings Ramadan: The word Ramadan comes from Arabic root ramida or ar-ramad. This means scorching heat or dryness.
Obligation: fasting is obligatory for adults Muslim and 9 years old children; expect those who are suffering from an illness, in traveling, pregnant, diabetic. Ramadan is safe for healthy people. While Fasting Muslims refrain from consuming food, drinking liquids, smoking and engaging in sexual relation, Muslims are also instructed to refrain from sinful behavior and fighting. Ramadan is much more than just not eating, and drinking, it is the time to purify the soul, and practice self discipline and sacrifices.
Ramadan is a month when Allah, via the angle Gabriel, revealed the first verses of Quran, the holy book of Islam, to our prophet Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). After thirty holy days from starting of Ramadan it ends and in those thirty days Allah give 70x of any worship pray and in whole Ramadan Allah opens the gate of heaven and close the gate of hell.
During Ramadan all Muslims continue to work, The Prophet Muhammad said that it is important to keep balance between worship and work.
DATE and Timing: First day of Ramadan (fasting Begins), Tuesday, June, 7 2016. The end of fasting by an hour is different based on where you live; it is when hear the call of Magrib prayer, after the sun down.
Message for Ramadan: we were taught our children not to eat or drink water in front of those fasting. In Islam Allah wants to be good to others always throughout your life so that people miss you for your good deeds when you leave this world one day. If any Muslim who belief in Allah with heart dies he goes to heaven in Ramadan without any question and query.
Muslims believe fasting cleanses the body from all sins.
Greetings: May Allah give us all wisdom, guidance and ability to lead a good life for the rest of our lives. The blessings of Ramadan bring Muslims even closer to God. Many blessings to you and yours family in the month of blessings.
Ramadan saying: Please read the Quran daily only once inshaa Allah, Allah will guide you to paradise. Once you do five time prayers, fasting and recite of Quran, then you feel better and one voice from your heart will come out to say that you are proud to be Muslim.
Conclusion: pray fast do good things and help everybody. Ramadan is the best chance to ask Allah for forgiveness and thank him for his blessings.
